Associate
Serve as the primary resource for financial modeling, underwriting, fund reporting, and analytical support for the Telluride Legacy Fund, with direct exposure to development-focused hospitality and commercial investments in the Rockies.
Asset Manager
Lead performance oversight, reporting, and value-creation strategies across our hospitality and mixed-use assets, bridging investment decisions with on-the-ground operating results.
Administrative Assistant
Provide high-level operational and administrative support, including workflow coordination, scheduling, executive assistance, and process management in a lean, fast-paced real estate platform.
Construction Owner's Representative
Represent ownership on active development projects, overseeing construction execution, general contractor coordination, quality control, schedule adherence, and budget management.
Project Accountant
Manage day-to-day project-level accounting, cost tracking, reporting, and financial coordination between the development and finance teams on active real estate projects.
Project Controller
Provide senior financial oversight on complex development projects, including budgeting, capital tracking, forecasting, and ensuring accuracy across all project-level financials.
