The company and its principal’s have completed in excess of $2.5 billion in real estate transactions over the past 10 years in all product types throughout Texas, California, Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, Illinois, Georgia, Wisconsin and Tennessee.
Currently, Chase Merritt owns and operates an existing portfolio of approximately 2.5 million SF of office and flex properties, 4 hotels and a substantial residential portfolio.
The firm is both a real estate operator and an investment manager:
- As a real estate operator, Chase Merritt provides asset management, property management, leasing, finance, accounting and project management services;
- As an investment manager, Chase Merritt manages, advises and invests capital on behalf of its discretionary funds, the Chase Merritt Funds, as well as for separate accounts. In addition, Chase Merritt invests through its many institutional partnerships including Goldman Sachs (Whitehall), GE Capital, PCCP (CalSTRS), and Buchanan Street (TCW).
Chase Merritt is headquartered in Newport Beach, California and has regional asset management offices in Texas and Georgia.
