Overview
Chase Merritt manages a series of commingled and separate account real estate investment funds on behalf of institutional and private investors for the purposes of investing in distressed, opportunistic, value add and core plus residential and commercial real estate properties throughout the United States. These discretionary real estate funds are invested in real estate projects directly through Chase Merritt affiliates or through joint venture partnerships structured as mezzanine debt, preferred equity, participating debt and JV equity.
Since inception in June of 2009, the Chase Merritt Funds have invested in more than $200 million worth of real estate investments on behalf of the investors comprising of many recognized and respected investment firms, institutions, money managers, private equity groups and high-net-worth individuals.
